Thanks for trusting me to companion you on your spiritual journey. You can use the calendar to choose a date/time that works best for you. If you can't find an opening that works with your schedule, please feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to find an alternative time that works for you.

  • Spiritual companionship, often referred to as spiritual direction, is the practice of accompanying someone on their spiritual journey, while offering insights and support as they seek to discern the presence of God/Spirit/or a higher power in their daily life. It’s holding sacred space for others to show up honestly and to bring their doubts and questions to light without fear of judgment or shame.

  • I do not currently charge my clients for spiritual direction/companionship, but donations are always welcomed and appreciated.

  • I’m the foremost expert on my own life and spiritual journey, but will never claim to be the same for anyone else. I fully believe that each human has the inner capacity for self-knowledge and discovery, and that it’s simply my role to be a safe and trusted companion along the journey. I am also currently under supervision through The Healing Collective to become a certified spiritual director/companion.

  • I uphold a strict confidentiality policy about everything shared with me in relation to spiritual direction/companionship and will not share your information or your story with anyone, except in cases where I am legally obligated to as a mandatory reporter. In some rare cases, I may ask to record a session for supervisory purposes to meet my certification requirements, but will never do so without your expressed permission and my confidentiality agreement will extend to my supervisor.

  • In most cases, no. I am primarily practicing virtually via Zoom, but if you happen to live in the DC area and want to discuss the possibility of meeting in person please feel free to drop me a line via the contact form.

  • Yes, I recognize the full human dignity of everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, disability, religion, or other identity. As a disabled person myself, I find beauty in the diversity of all of humanity and always strive to hold space for everyone to show up as fully human, however that might be for you. If you have preferred pronouns or other identifiers, please let me know.

  • I do my best to stay up to date on providing trauma-informed care to everyone I work with, but I am not a counselor or therapist. So, while I strive to be sensitive to trauma and how it might show up in our work together, I am also committed to working within my limits. As such, if at any time I feel your needs are better served by a mental health professional, I will defer to them and make recommendations accordingly.
